ICI project reporting

Interim Report

Recipients of project funding report on the progress of their project to the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) at regular intervals. Interim reports must be submitted to the Programme Office of the International Climate Initiative (ICI) by 30 April. The period covered by these reports is to 31 December of the previous year. 


Recipients of project funding have to consider the year of the first application when choosing the correct form for the interim report. 

The forms for the interim reports are being revised and will be published on this website soon.

Final Report

When a project has concluded, a final report must be submitted within 6 months. This consists of a status report and a financial report. Please use the following form to prepare final reports:

Recipients of project funding have to consider the year of the first application when choosing the correct form for the financial report.

Two printed copies and an electronic version of each reporting document must be transmitted to the Programme Office at the address below.
